Our Story

Honeypot was founded by Chef Dee Stanislavov in 2016.Since opening the

business has won awards at national and local level, including The Food

Awards Ireland – Café/Bistro of the year ( Borders ), JCI Friendly Business

Awards and The Irish Independent Retail Awards – Café of the year

Our mission is to provide quality food, excellent customer service, complemented with value for money.

Our in house specialty coffee is roasted by award-winning Ristretto. However, we are much more than your run of mill Coffee House.Honeypot is part of the community catering to all age groups, from children to senior citizens. It’s a place where the whole family can come and be catered for despite a gap in years.

Our traditional Irish breakfast, Eggs Benedict, Eggs Royale, and Eggs Florentine are exceptionally popular with all age groups, all being cooked fresh to order.

Our lunch menu is varied from Salads, Burgers, Pasta, Gourmet Sandwiches, again cooked to order. Our sweet and savory Buttermilk Pancakes Stacks are made fresh and are second to none in the NW region. Our food is fresh and delicious.

Our ethos is simple: We prepare and cook not only good food but great food in house every day.
